Pussy Riot is a Russian feminist punk-rock collective that stages political criticism on topics such as LGBT rights, feminism, the situation of freedom of expression and the repression of artistic movements in Russia. When the group organized "punk prayer," the guerilla performance at Moscow's Cathedral of Christ the Savior in 2012. They wore multi-colored balaclavas and stockings in dresses ranging from pink to green.
